By using Rizzmind, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Description of Service

Rizzmind is an AI-powered conversation assistant that generates reply suggestions, conversation starters, message improvements, and social situation advice. The Service uses artificial intelligence and should be used as a tool, not a substitute for your own judgment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rizzmind. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts & Sessions

Rizzmind uses anonymous browser sessions. No registration is required for free use. If you choose to upgrade to a paid plan, you will provide payment information through our secure payment processor (Stripe). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session.

5. Free & Paid Plans

Free Plan: Includes a limited number of AI generations per day. Limits may change at our discretion.

Pro Plan: Paid subscriptions unlock higher daily limits and additional features. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

Refunds: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Contact us within 48 hours of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

You agree not to use Rizzmind to:

7. AI-Generated Content

Rizzmind generates suggestions using AI. These are provided "as-is" for your consideration. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or effective for any particular situation. You are solely responsible for how you use the generated content. Rizzmind is not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated replies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Rizzmind name, logo, design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. You may use AI-generated replies for personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of Rizzmind is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZZMIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rizzmind and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Paid subscribers may cancel through their account settings.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
