Rizzmind ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use rizzmind.com and related services (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Session Data: We generate a random session ID stored in your browser's local storage. This is not linked to your real identity. No account or login is required.

Usage Data: We track how many AI generations you use per day to manage free tier limits. This is tied to your anonymous session ID only.

Messages You Submit: Text you paste or type into Rizzmind is sent to our AI provider to generate replies. We do not permanently store the content of your messages. Messages are processed in real-time and discarded.

Screenshots: If you upload a screenshot, it is processed for text extraction (OCR) in your browser or on our server, then discarded. We do not store your images.

Payment Data: If you upgrade to Pro, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. We store only your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-generated reply suggestions
• To manage daily usage limits and credits
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To improve our service and fix bugs
• To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• OpenRouter / AI Models: Your message text is sent to AI language models via OpenRouter to generate replies. OpenRouter's privacy policy applies to their processing.
• Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe Inc. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

Message content is not stored after processing. Session and usage data is retained for service operation. Payment records are retained as required by law. You can reset your session at any time by clearing your browser data.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to save your anonymous session ID, preferences (like dark mode), and usage streak data. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Children's Privacy

Rizzmind is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including HTTPS encryption, input sanitization, rate limiting, and secure API communication. However, no internet service can guarantee 100% security.

8. Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal identity information, there is generally no personal data to access or delete. If you have payment-related data concerns, contact us and we'll assist you.
